Happy 2011 to one and all! February is already upon us and we can't believe how quickly this year is going. A new year is always a time to reflect on the year that has passed and anticipate what we would like for the year to come. For some people it is changing careers, moving to a new home, having a baby, getting married, losing weight or quitting smoking.
